the trick to making mistakes is to never repeat the same one twice. or thrice. or any number of times after the first boo-boo. i must be totally obtuse to have not looked harder for scars on the abdomen, barely hours after a lecturer warned us to always get proper exposure when examining the abdomen.
so now the patient has been discharged, i need to write up her case for a report, and i am left wondering what the anatomical description of a typical lower segment caesarean section scar is.
